3.Tall people have more fun in pool: Unlike the short ones, your legs can touch the bottom of the pool with your head above the sea. As a result you will be able to move freely around the pool and thereby enjoy more.

How to get taller faster

  • Eat Balanced Diets : Eating right will make you taller and feel better. Food that contains a great amount of protein, zinc and calcium can work wonders when it comes to growing taller.
  • Exercise more often: Make sure to work your muscles for at least 60 minutes/one hour each day. Join a sporting team if need be or rather a gym. Make this your routine in your teen years, you stand a great chance to be tall.
  • Sleep adequately: Not sleeping sufficiently has proven to be detrimental to your health especially growing tall. Sleep at least 8-10 hours a day. Sleep releases hormones that help you to grow.

Smoking and taking drugs can stunt your growth, avoid engaging in any of these. Know for sure that you don’t stop growing untill you stop puberty. Stretching at least twice a day can also help to increase height.
