Fried rice is so delicious! Such a fun recipe if you are a foodie like myself ha-ha!! But really, fried rice has got to be one of the best go-to meals for a get together or special occasions. It is simply perfect.

INGREDIENTS FOR FRIED RICE
- TURKEY/ CHICKEN
- GREEN PEA
- GREEN PEPPER
- ONION BULB
- CURRY POWDER
- GINGER POWDER
- GROUND PEPPER
- YELLOW PEPPER
- SEASONING CUBE
- COW LIVER

First, you need to cook your chicken or turkey (whichever one you have) for few minutes until done. This is important because we need the stock. Now, set your stock aside and go ahead to get your cow liver which you will cut into cubes and fried afterwards.
You need to wash and prepare all your vegetables. Peel, cut into small cubes. After this, boil for few minutes, strain out and leave it to cool. This process is called blanching and it helps to preserve the color of the vegetables and also cut down the stir-fry process.
You remember the chicken stock, it is time to boil it and add your parboiled rice, seasoning cubes, garlic powder, onions and salt to taste. Leave it to cook on medium heat until done. Stir fry the vegetables for about two minutes and add it to your rice. And you are good to go!!! Enjoy!!
